Reception & Tour
Following the meeting we will have a special tour and reception at a new Twelveacres property. Please plan to attend and enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres, sweet treats, and live music. Due to limited parking, buses will shuttle attendees to and from the property (about a 10 minute ride). Cars may be left in the Hayward church parking lot.
About the speaker
Elaina Simpson, C.S.
Elaina has been a Journal-listed Christian Science practitioner for nearly 10 years and has served three terms as the Christian Science Committee on Publication for Maryland.
She attended Principia College, where she studied education through the lens of communication, as well as religion with a focus on the history of the Christian Science movement. She is also a certified mediator, with training in communication and conflict resolution.
Elaina is also beginning work as a third-party consultant supporting youth books and products for the General Publications Department of The Christian Science Publishing Society.
Many may already be familiar with Elaina through her writing and speaking. She has contributed to publications and podcasts for The Christian Science Publishing Society and has also been featured on the Christian Science Daily Lift.
Elaina lives in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband, Brian, their two sons, and their pets.
She is delighted to join us for this year’s Annual Meeting and to share with the Twelveacres community.
